目前城市面貌日新月异，城市建设已经从“量”的扩张转向“质”的提升，城市空间已经从增量扩建转向存量更新。如何在新的时代背景下，持续推动以“人”为中心的城市治理现代化进程，建设好、管理好“开放、包容、创新”的现代化城市是我们要研究的共同课题。为进一步揭示城市治理现代化的发展趋势，吸取国内外学者最新研究成果，百家乐游戏定于2021年9月17日举办“开放、包容与创新：城市治理现代化”线上国际研讨会，诚邀国内外相关领域的理论专家和实际工作者积极投稿，参会交流。

　　2.有较好文风，深入浅出，朴实清新，观点新颖，阐述深刻，有创新意义，杜绝抄袭。
　　3.论文摘要字数一般控制在300-500字。
　　4.围绕论文摘要准备发言PPT。

“Openness, Inclusiveness and Innovation: Modernization of Urban Governance”

Call for Paper

With the rapid development and reshaping pace of cities, urban construction has changed from "quantity" expansion to "quality" promotion, and the urban space has changed from incremental expansion to stock renewal. Under the background of the new era, we put research focus on how to continue to promote the modernization of urban governance with “people” as the center, and how to build and manage an "open, inclusive and innovative" modern city. In order to further reveal the development trend of urban governance modernization and draw on the latest research results of scholars both at home and abroad, Shanghai Administration Institute (SAI) is scheduled to hold a webinar on “Openness, Inclusiveness and Innovation: Modernization of Urban Governance” on September 17, 2021. We warmly welcome theoretical experts and practical workers in relevant fields to present papers and participate in the webinar.

Ⅲ.Paper Requirements:
1. Papers should cover but not limited to the above subtopics with reliable data, strict logic and should be research-based or evidence-based.
2. Papers should have good style of writing, simple and fresh, novel point of view, profound exposition, innovative significance, and no plagiarism.
3. The word number of abstract shall be between 300 and 500.
4. Please prepare PPT for presentation (15 minutes).
